Fast domestic shipping. We strive to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, arriving anywhere in the US in 3 to 7 business days by tracked carrier.

Real US warehouses. Every brand we stock ships directly from its own warehouse in the United States, so you never have to worry about customs or overseas delivery issues.

Charged per warehouse. Because each brand ships as its own package from its own warehouse (around $25 per warehouse), an order spanning more than one brand carries a shipping fee per brand. Order from a single brand to pay shipping once.

Complete discretion. Everything ships in plain, unbranded, discreet packaging — nothing on the outside says what's inside or who it's from. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Returns

30-day returns. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Damaged or wrong item. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will put it right at no cost to you.
