Yes. Every batch we sell is tested for identity and purity before it goes on the shelf, and we store everything in our own US warehouse so what is on the label is what is in the tub.
Do you have real warehouses in the US? +
Yes. We store products in our own US warehouses rather than shipping from overseas, so you never have to worry about customs holds or long international delivery times.
How fast is shipping? +
We strive to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders arrive anywhere in the US in 3 to 7 business days by tracked carrier.
Why is shipping charged more than once on my order? +
Every brand we stock ships directly from its own warehouse, at around $25 per warehouse. If your order contains products from more than one brand, each brand ships as a separate package with its own shipping fee. To pay a single shipping fee, order products from one brand at a time.
How is my order packaged? +
All orders ship in plain, unbranded, discreet packaging. Nothing on the outside says what is inside or who it is from.
